Crane Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move and position heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the crane, following safety procedures, and communicating with other workers to ensure efficient and safe operation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Perform pre-operational checks on the crane to ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow safe lifting practices and adhere to all safety regulations
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio equipment
- Ensure accurate positioning of materials according to specifications
- Inspect rigging equipment for any defects or wear and tear before use
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, maintenance checks, and any incidents that occur
- Report any malfunctions or issues with the crane immediately to superiors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator is preferred but not required
- Valid crane operator certification is a plus
- Physically fit with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work at heights and in different weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their functions
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary starting at $1300 per month.
