Executive Chef - Sharjah, UAE



We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a high-end restaurant in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. You must have excellent leadership skills to motivate and train your team to maintain high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to your culinary expertise, you must also possess strong business acumen to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain food safety standards. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to develop seasonal menus and ensure that all dishes meet our brand's standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment. You should also have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team and provide exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. This role does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship; therefore we prefer candidates who already hold their own visa or are willing to obtain one independently.
