PHP Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated PHP Developer to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using PHP. You will work closely with our team of designers and developers to ensure the best user experience for our clients. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the best user experience
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing code
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong knowledge of PHP programming language
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Familiarity with various web development frameworks (e.g. Laravel, CodeIgniter)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferences:
- Prior experience working as a PHP Developer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodology
