Mine Assistant

As a Mine Assistant in Split, you will work closely with the mining team to support and assist in all aspects of the mining process. This is a full-time position, ideal for Filipinos and foreigners looking for English-speaking jobs without prior experience in the mining industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with drilling, blasting, and extraction of minerals
- Maintaining and repairing equipment
- Conducting safety inspections and following safety protocols
- Monitoring production levels and reporting any issues or concerns to the mining team
- Operating heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and trucks
- Ensuring environmental regulations are followed during the mining process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior mining staff
- Ability to operate heavy machinery is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Split, but may require travel to different mine sites within the region.
