A popular café in Nizwa, Oman is seeking an English-speaking Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. Our ideal candidate is a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the espresso machine, workstations, and seating areas
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly and helpful service
- Ensure quality control by monitoring brewing techniques, espresso shots, and milk steaming
- Educate customers about our menu items, including origin of beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of different brewing methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position.
