Job Title: Machine Operator (Part-time) - Biometric Passport Services - Acre, Canada


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Biometric Passport Services team in Acre, Canada. As a Machine Operator, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain the specialized equipment used in the production of biometric passports. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines used to print, laminate, and encode biometric passports
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and downtime
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary repairs
- Follow strict security protocols to ensure the confidentiality of personal information on passports
- Keep accurate records of production numbers, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with printing equipment and processes
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting up to 50lbs
- Flexibility in work schedule
