Architectural Designer

Our architecture firm in Kaunas is seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans, drawings, and models for various projects. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and clients to ensure that all designs meet their needs and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Create innovative design solutions that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Work within project timelines to meet deadlines
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with design plans and make necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting designs to clients
- Creative thinking abilities for developing unique design solutions

Salary: $1500 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Kaunas. We offer free visa sponsorship for international candidates along with a one-way ticket from their home country.

We welcome students who have completed their degree in Architecture or related fields. However, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in architectural design.
