Carpenter

A reputable construction company in Balzers is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth materials
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and building plans
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina to handle lifting and carrying heavy materials
- Knowledge of safety procedures in construction
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school diploma or apprenticeship in carpentry
- Experience working on commercial construction projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
