Head Baker

As a Head Baker in our bakery located in Gujrat, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods. Your passion for baking and creativity will be essential in creating unique and delicious products that will delight our customers. You will work closely with the bakery team to ensure that all products are made according to our recipes and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the bakery, including ordering ingredients, creating production schedules, and supervising staff
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to offer a variety of high-quality baked goods
- Ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are presented attractively
- Train and coach bakery staff on baking techniques, sanitation procedures, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, measurements, and equipment
- Ability to create new recipes while following existing ones accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality control in all products
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate is a plus
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month based on experience. We also offer benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
