Job Title: Architecture Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and engineers
- Oversee the entire architectural design process from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Review technical specifications and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is open for all nationalities but requires relocation to Svalbard. Svalbard is a unique archipelago located between Norway and the North Pole. It offers a beautiful natural environment ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and wildlife watching.
