DevOps Developer

As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT professionals to automate and streamline the software development process. You will be involved in designing and implementing automation tools and processes to improve efficiency and reliability. You must have experience in coding, scripting, and configuring infrastructure, as well as knowledge of cloud computing technologies. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation tools for software development processes
- Collaborate with software developers to improve code deployment processes
- Work with system operators to configure infrastructure for better efficiency
- Implement monitoring systems for applications and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for problems that arise during the development process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to DevOps
- Communicate effectively with team members from various departments
- Document processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DevOps Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet
- Experience working with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus
