Architecture Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality projects
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Provide technical guidance to the team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders effectively
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

Salary: $900 per month
