Architecture Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural projects within the company. This is a full-time position that requires no previous experience in the field but does require strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Mentor and guide junior architects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5+ years of experience in architecture or project management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Willingness to relocate to Siauliai, Lithuania

Salary:
Starting salary of $1500 per month with opportunities for growth based on performance.
