Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Akron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established quality standards
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional service is provided to guests
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet revenue and profit goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and maintaining profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: $1700 per month
