Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Seasonal)



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Indian restaurant in Akron. As a seasonal position, the ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, creating schedules, and handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in managing an Indian restaurant and who is knowledgeable about Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should also have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers.

Requirements:
