Typesetter for Publishing Company in Mauren, India


We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Typesetter to join our publishing company in Mauren, India. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and setting text and images for various print and digital publications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Format text and images according to specific design guidelines using typesetting software
- Check for errors in spelling, grammar, and formatting
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and spacing throughout the publication
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other team members to ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of all changes made during the typesetting process

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Proficient in English language (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Previous experience in typesetting or graphic design is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
