Waiter/Waitress

We are a well-established restaurant in Mecca seeking a professional and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a busy restaurant environment and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with menus
- Taking accurate orders and communicating with the kitchen staff
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials
- Processing payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided. A competitive salary of 1700$ will be offered along with other benefits. English fluency is required for this position. Filipino nationality preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
