Bilingual Secretary
A reputable company in Yanbu is seeking a Bilingual Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Urdu, with excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and free visa and ticket will be provided for foreign candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Keep track of office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Assist in the preparation of reports, agendas, and presentations for meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with foreigners or in a multicultural environment
