Bilingual Secretary - Yanbu, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a bilingual secretary to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. As a secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and communicating with English and Filipino-speaking clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in both languages and has excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Translate documents from English to Filipino (and vice versa) as needed
- Maintain electronic and physical records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the team
- Assist with project management tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Filipino (written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
Location:
This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Yanbu.
