Senior Architect - Siauliai, Lithuania



We are in need of a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the architectural design process for a variety of projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and feedback as needed
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure design specifications are being met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
