Office Manager
Location: Mauren, Pakistan
Salary: $1400 per month
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Mauren. This position is suitable for men and will be a contract job. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, as well as experience managing office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and overseeing administrative tasks
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging logistics
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Act as the point of contact for clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in office management or administration
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
