Land Surveyor - Al-Khor, Qatar



We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various technical equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Create detailed survey reports and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate measurements and calculations
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site visits to gather data and monitor project progress
- Train junior surveyors on survey methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong knowledge of CAD software for creating maps and reports
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Khor, Qatar.

Preference:
This position is open to Indian nationals living in Qatar without accommodation. Visa sponsorship will be provided for eligible candidates.
