Job Title: Shaper - Surfboard Manufacturing



Our surfboard manufacturing company in Split is seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for creating high-quality surfboards according to customer specifications and company standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various shaping techniques to create surfboards of different sizes and shapes
- Use hand tools and machinery to shape foam blanks into final products
- Work closely with designers and customers to ensure boards meet their desired specifications
- Implement quality control processes to ensure all boards meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Shaper in the surfboard manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of shaping techniques, materials, and tools used in the process
- Attention to detail and ability to produce consistent results
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using shaping machines such as CNC routers or planers
- Familiarity with CAD software for designing surfboards
- Passion for surfing and knowledge of different board types
- Ability to speak English or Croatian
