Concierge (Malayalee) - English Speaking
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Khasab. As a Malayalee Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, check-in and check-out
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants and events
- Arrange transportation, reservations and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be a Malayalee national or have strong knowledge of Malayalee culture
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
