Concierge for Luxury Resort in Khasab, Oman


Are you a passionate and service-oriented individual looking for a unique opportunity to work in the stunning city of Khasab? Our luxury resort is currently seeking a Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any requests or inquiries they may have during their stay. This is an ideal position for those who are fluent in both English and Hindi and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about the resort facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
