Office Assistant
We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Faro. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. No prior experience is required for this contract position, and we encourage women to apply. Salary: $1400 per month.
