Welder Technician


Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder Technician to join our team in Bergen. As a Welder Technician, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning and cutting
- Perform various types of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various welding techniques and materials (steel, aluminum)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials
- Attention to detail for precise welds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in welding or related field
- Experience with fabrication tools such as grinders, saws, etc.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a workshop environment
