Senior Architect (Part-time)


We are a leading architecture firm located in La-Condamine seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and regulations. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours and the opportunity to work on diverse projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams in creating innovative and practical architectural solutions
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with plans and specifications
- Review and approve project designs, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an Architect, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively

Salary: $1300 per month (part-time)
Location: La-Condamine (with accommodation option)
Preference: Male candidates
