Senior Architect (Contract)


We are a leading architecture firm based in La-Condamine, seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all project requirements are met
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to develop project plans and designs
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in architecture to continually improve designs
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
