Handyman for Property Maintenance - Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Maintain and repair appliances and equipment in rental units
- Paint and touch up walls, doors, and trim as necessary
- Repair or replace damaged flooring or tiles
- Handle routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.
- Keep inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Inspect properties regularly for any potential issues or hazards
- Communicate with property managers to understand specific repair needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Good physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification in a relevant field
- Experience working in property maintenance or construction industry
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to building maintenance
