Handyman (Dickirch, Luxembourg)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and repairs around our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for fixing things.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Inspect properties regularly to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and materials
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Must be physically fit to perform manual labor
