Housekeeping Manager


We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Train, supervise, and schedule a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels for housekeeping supplies and submit orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure quality standards are met
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (preference for Indian candidates)
