We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Washington. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Provide barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling according to client preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work station and tools
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering
- Greet clients in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
- Manage appointments effectively to ensure timely service
- Upsell products and services to clients as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all state health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of hairstyles, facial hair grooming techniques, and hair care products
- Ability to use barbering tools such as clippers, shears, razors, etc.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Barber/Cosmetology license preferred)
- Willingness to work full-time including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
