Architectural Designer

We are searching for a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for various projects. Your main goal will be to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and gather necessary information to inform design decisions
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Create 3D models of proposed designs using SketchUp or other 3D software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven work experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Atlanta
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Atlanta
or other major cities
in Egypt/Philippines
or English-speaking countries preferred.
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in architectural design.
-Salary: $1700 per month.
