Surveyor - Land and Property

We are a growing land and property surveying company based in Shan, seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, with at least 3 years of experience in the field. This position requires knowledge of various surveying techniques and equipment, as well as proficiency in using software such as AutoCAD and GIS.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys for various projects, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction layout surveys.
- Utilize surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Interpret data collected from surveys and create accurate maps and drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on survey findings.
- Perform research on properties to obtain necessary information for surveys.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation is provided for non-local candidates. We are open to hiring individuals of any nationality with their own visa.
