Part-Time Construction Manager


We are hiring a Part-Time Construction Manager for our construction projects in Karachi. As a Part-Time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and safety compliance
- Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position will be $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi, but some travel to project sites may be required.
