English Teacher

As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment for students to develop their language skills. Your main duties will include planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. You will also be expected to communicate with parents and colleagues, attend meetings and training sessions, and participate in school events. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for teaching. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month located in Bayan City, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are appropriate for students' language proficiency levels
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
- Create a positive learning environment by actively engaging students in the classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and school events as required
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Continuously strive to improve teaching methods and techniques to enhance student learning experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license (TESOL/TEFL/CELTA)
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students of different ages and levels
- Passion for teaching with a patient, positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of Filipino culture is a plus
