We are a rapidly growing company in the sales and marketing industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. This is an urgent position that requires someone with previous sales experience, preferably in the same industry.

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their targets and achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the sales or marketing industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to speak English fluently (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must have a valid visa to work in Oman

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales and expand customer base
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment of business objectives
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports related to sales activities
