Sales Manager for Indian Market in Muscat, Oman
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and expand our customer base. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and have a strong understanding of the Indian market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry contacts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Strong understanding of the Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior
- Ability to travel frequently within India as well as internationally
