Baker Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Baker Assistant to join our team in Moscow. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to gain experience in a fast-paced bakery environment. As an assistant, you will work closely with our experienced bakers to prepare and bake a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience or English language skills, as on-the-job training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Assist bakers with preparation of doughs, fillings, and toppings according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor product quality and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Follow food safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of weights and measurements
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds), and work in hot temperatures
- Good communication skills (English language skills not required)
- No prior experience necessary

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Moscow (near public transportation)
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), including weekends and holidays as needed.
