Junior Accountant


A reputable accounting firm in Salalah is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their team. This position is open to candidates of Filipino or Kenyan nationality who are fluent in English and have no prior experience in accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and data entry
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with payroll processing
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and documents
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Filipino or Kenyan nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
