IT Manager - St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, open to English-speaking candidates with experience in managing biometric passport systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, networking, and communication systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems and upgrades
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs and implement solutions that support business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information technology management
- Extensive knowledge of networking, operating systems, databases, and security protocols
- Experience working with biometric passport systems is highly preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
