Online Consultant

Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Vilnius. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels including email, chat, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of online marketing strategies, and the ability to think creatively to provide solutions for clients. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels and provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively communicate their benefits to clients
- Utilize online marketing strategies to attract potential clients and retain current ones
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our online presence and customer experience

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A positive attitude with a desire to constantly learn and improve

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius but offers the flexibility of working remotely.
