Babysitter for Indian Family in Nakuru


We are currently seeking a reliable and trustworthy babysitter to join our Indian family in Nakuru. As our busy family requires assistance with childcare, we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with children and can provide a safe and nurturing environment for our little ones.

The ideal candidate will be an English-speaking individual who is able to communicate effectively with our family. This is a contract job that offers a salary of 1500$, along with visa sponsorship for the right candidate. Previous experience in babysitting is not necessary, as we are willing to train the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times
• Plan and prepare meals and snacks for children
• Help children with educational activities and homework
• Create a fun and stimulating environment for children
• Engage in indoor and outdoor activities with children
• Change diapers, dress, and bathe young children
• Keep the play area clean and organized
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress

Requirements:
• Must be an Indian national or have experience working with Indian families
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
• Must have basic knowledge of child development stages
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical stamina to keep up with active children
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with parents, children, and other caregivers

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility as it may involve working during evenings and weekends. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
