Part-Time Babysitter in Alta, Norway



Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Babysitter to provide part-time care for our children in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and be able to create a safe and nurturing environment for them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing attentive and responsible care for children ranging from infants to pre-teens.
- Engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as games, arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play.
- Preparing snacks and meals for the children according to dietary needs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized play area.
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care.
- Communicating effectively with parents on daily activities, schedules, and any concerns or updates.
- Following any specific instructions or routines provided by the parents.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children as a Babysitter or similar role.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Fluent in English (Norwegian is a plus).
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Knowledgeable about child development and safety practices.
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with both parents and children.

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position offering flexible hours. The rate of pay is 900$ per month. As this job requires visa sponsorship, we are open to candidates of any nationality. However, candidates must have valid work authorization in Norway.
