Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvement plans to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement solutions
- Train and coach production personnel on new processes to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor process performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
- Experience with process mapping, time studies, and value stream mapping
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
