Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient processes and systems in order to improve productivity and reduce costs. You will also be involved in analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and experience working with process improvement methodologies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design efficient manufacturing processes and systems
- Develop cost-effective solutions to improve productivity
- Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Conduct time studies and create work standards for production processes
- Develop layouts and facility designs to optimize workflow
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience with CAD software for facility design
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
