Database Administrator


We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Dickirch. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of our databases. You will also be involved in database design, implementation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing access controls and backup procedures
- Develop and maintain database documentation
- Collaborate with developers to optimize database queries
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups, indexes, and statistics updates
- Plan and implement database upgrades as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL databases
- Experience with data backup, recovery, and security
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience with cloud databases such as AWS or Azure
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Freshers are welcome to apply if they meet the experience requirements.
