Factory Machine Operator

We are currently hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team at our factory in Eldoret. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various factory machines to ensure efficient production. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating machinery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates. Students looking for hands-on experience are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor various factory machines according to standard operating procedures
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Follow safety protocols at all times and report any safety hazards or incidents
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
