Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Triesen. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and travel agencies, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet hotel booking and revenue targets
- Build relationships with clients and travel agencies to promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts with clients for group bookings and corporate accounts
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
- Monitor competition and make recommendations for pricing adjustments
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Triesen, a beautiful town nestled in the mountains of Liechtenstein. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Nationality/Location Preference: This position is open to all nationalities living in Triesen or willing to relocate on their own.

Experience Requirement: Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role is required.

Language Requirement: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages such as German or French would be an asset but not mandatory.
